About the Job:
Established HVAC company in the Buellton area looking for an experienced full-time LEAD Service/Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
Job Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as an HVAC technician or qualifying technical school diploma.
- Owning your own trade-specific tools is a plus - but will work with you to build your toolbox if necessary.
- Clean driving record and driver's license are a must and reliable transportation to and from the shop.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- The technician should be able self-starter, able to think outside the box and problem-solve efficiently.
- Must have a positive, Team Player attitude.
- Must be detailed, organized, self-sufficient, and dependable.
Compensation:
- Non-Union Shop.
- Starting pay based on experience.
