About the Job
Home Comfort Advisor:
The Advisor will meet the customer at their home and discuss the different options to replace or add to their current systems.

Requirements:
- Requires minimum 2 years HVAC experience.
- Continued Education is expected.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- The candidate should be able to think outside the box.
- Shall lead by example and arrive on time ready to work.
Other duties include:
- Following through /updating job schedules.
- Orchestrating your crew deployment on a daily basis, in a timely manner.
- Communicate with foreman/office as to job status.
- Familiarity and ability to diagnose HVAC equipment and recognize equipment needs and/or repairs if, necessary.
